To pickup in-store, please choose "pickup in-store" during checkout and bring in your confirmation receipt.

EXCHANGE POLICY

* ALL SALE ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE. 

We will gladly exchange or issue a store credit for regular priced merchandise within 7 days of original purchase (for online orders, you must let us know within 7 days of receiving your delivery). Merchandise must not be washed, worn or damaged. All original tags must be intact and accompanied by a valid receipt. Sorry, all sale items, fragrances, jewelry, swimsuits & intimates are a FINAL SALE. 

In order to initiate a return for store credit, please contact us to obtain a return authorization number.

To qualify for a store credit, you must meet the following:

  • Merchandise must NOT be worn, washed, or damaged and must have all original tags and labels attached
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable
  • Shipping for exchanged items are the responsibility of the customer
  • Although we make sure to inspect all merchandise for defects or damages before shipment, it is the customer’s responsibility to check the product upon delivery.

*Any merchandise returned that does not meet the above criteria will be refused.

*Orders outside Canada are considered a final sale.
